We love Ramzi! He helped us find a rental unit last year when we moved up to NoVA from Caroline County. He scheduled multiple tours and always did so with a smile. Can't tell you how many places we looked at but we finally found one we wanted - and Ramzi helped work details with the landlord.
Fast forward nine months later - we were looking to purchase a property and of course went with Ramzi as our realtor. Professional, knowledgeable, timely, polite, and a good sense of humor! Also a keen eye for details (good and bad) in homes at viewings, and making recommendations on things to get inspected. In the end, we found a house we love within four weeks after searching most of NoVA (FFX, Prince William, Loundon Counties). He was always prompt in replying to requests, working with our schedule, as well as with the seller's representative, our lender, and the closing company. Most importantly, his recommendations on how to structure the offer were spot on! It was a very positive experience for us and we're extremely happy with Ramzi's services.
